State Policy Director of the Massachusetts Immigrant And Refugee Advocacy Coalition (MIRA)
Shannon oversees MIRA’s advocacy to protect and advance immigrants’ rights at the state-level. In addition, Shannon leads the New Americans Integration Institute, a project MIRA launched in 2011 to advance immigrant integration by promoting citizenship, immigrant entrepreneurship, professional integration and educational achievement.
