Why Lowell?
TRC signed an eleven year lease for 42,000 square feet at Wannalancit Mills in Lowell. Prior to the move, TRC was located in four separate offices at Lowell’s Boott Mills, but made the move in an effort to consolidate their
offices and enable incremental expansion in the coming years.
TRC joined the Lowell business community in 1990 as the anchor tenant at the Boott Mills. “We have really come to enjoy working in the City of Lowell.” says Christopher Vincze, President and CEO. “The commute is efficient, the value is tremendous and our employees really appreciate the downtown and all it has to offer. Many of our 145 Lowell colleagues live in and around the City of Lowell.”
